anywayyyy. i took cuts and left my diet the same and had perfect results. im 6 ft 1in, and went from 231 to 220 and got pretty ripped up. sooooo, the shit works. lol. i dunno what else to say. i left everything the same, workout and diet. and it did what it said it would. i would recommend it most definitely.
if im on this stuff should i still take protien? im gonna stop using creatine during my cutting process, and ppl say that i will lose size since they say “creatine puts water in your muscles”… clarification?
@Three1Bravo Yes you can do this… it workers even faster this way… I have used a small amount of juice… because the taste isnt pretty in water. (but it works well to do this) Thanks for your question… it was a good one.
